At the time of a loss, IIC has a full time claim’s representative to assist you with your claim. Plus, we can provide our insured a toll free 800 number for all of our insurance companies in order to report claims 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Claims that are reported directly to our insurance companies are then reported to us the next business day by their claims departments so we can stay involved.
